My AI Assistant (also referred as MAIA, the app, or the extension) is a Google Chrome Extension provided to you by Prashant Kumbhat ([email protected]). Please note the following terms of usage:

• By using this app, you are bound to all its terms and conditions.
• Terms and conditions may change regularly. We request you to please visit this page to review updated terms and conditions.
• You shall not copy the code or modify it in any way.
• We use OpenAI's API to bring you results. We do not and cannot guarantee what OpenAI does with your data. Please visit www.openai.com to review their terms and conditions.
• We use OpenAI's API to bring you results. We do not and cannot guarantee the accuracy of such results. You, the user, will use your own discretion to do what you see fit with the results. Please visit www.openai.com to learn more about how their tchnology works.
• We do not store the OpenAI API Key. It is stored on your browser and you are solely responsible for securing your browser and device. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of the key from your device.
• After the 14 day free trial, you will be asked to make a purchase a yearly subscription (see pricing). This will be done via Stripe (www.stripe.com).
• Please note that a refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis.
• This exension is available only on Google Chrome browser and all the devices where Google Chrome supports extensions. Please visit https://www.google.com/chrome to learn more.

To use this extension, you will have to log in using your gmail or google account. We use your email address and name, but only for registration purposes, and maybe for sending you any tips regarding the use of this extension.
We do not store the OpenAI API Key you need to run this extension. It is stored locally on your device and never on our servers. You are solely responsible for securing your device (computer).
We use Google Analytics to track extension usage, but we do not store or monitor your queries or the websites you visit.
